Volunteer for Ongoing Opportunities
To volunteer for an ongoing opportunity, or if you’d like to volunteer but need assistance:
- (optional) Decide which opportunities which interest you (as described above).
- Fill out the Vounteer Application form. Note: there is no guarantee you will be selected for the position for which you apply.
- A Volunteer Centre Referral Coordinator will review the information to help make a good match between you and the volunteer opportunities available, and will interview you in a relaxed setting by phone or preferably in person.
- Within 2 weeks, you should hear from the agency to which you were referred. Note: You may need to provide the agency with references and a Police Check.
If at any time you change your mind, and want to opt out, just let us know.
